Frankly, I now want to see TLG management and board get a bit more agressive with the court and also start hounding some of these politicians that are sounding off in the media about EV's and jobs, to get them to pick up the phone to the judges. Something needs to happen here, and very soon, or else shareholders are going to lose confidence in the project big time. If Mark gives a quarterly update in August (possibly in less than 2 weeks) and they have no further information on timelines from the SC, its going to go down like a lead ballon.
