I highly doubt the Sami and Friends will be silly enough to appeal to the Supreme Court of Sweden, because the Supreme Court develops case law which sets a precedence.
If the Sami appeal it is highly likely they will lose again but this time the Supreme Court will develop case law which they will be forever bound by, for all such cases.
Creating a case law precedence would be fabulous for Talga's future permit applications, which would be pretty much identical to this application. If there are any appeals Talga simply refers to the already determined Supreme Court case law.
What a gift that would be not only for Tagla, but for every other company with similar permit applications in Sweden. The flood gates would be open & the Sami wiped out.
So I think we are done with appeals. GLTAH
