Hello. Interesting deal with Hudson. The "vend" of the technology for 10 years only provided a trifling 7.5m shares (current 5.2% of shares & options). So Hudson is banking on success and sales of the product and rights to the product. Looks like Adrien Wing and COV have 10 years to make this product a commercial success.
