I was just trying to see if I could get some further insight into how Cisco would be using Covata's KaaS solution and came across this document which explains Cisco's view of the Internet of Things.

There is no mention of KaaS in the document, but it does gives a detailed overview of the potential size of the IoT market which may be of interest to some.  It talks about 10's of billions of connected devices and that these connected devices will need security at various levels.  Cisco is trying to get a large slice of this market, and Covata will be hoping to ride on Cisco's coat tails.
