Whilst noted that Safe Share has been "approved for review" there a couple of key points for mine from the Announcement that support that it should be approved.

I don't feel you would state you will be throwing resources to support the delivery without thinking that it will be delivered (NSC)

Also don't feel you would sign an agreement to acquire infrastructure to proceed to deployment without some confidence (T-Systems)

And, my take on Trents words - the exposure to the EU mkt via T-Systems Mkt Place would be substantial.

Bold below plus a link to T-Systems Market Place for anyone interested and also a cut / past from their site showing how the interaction with Safe Share in the mkt will occur. Interesting to note that T-Systems Market Place is currently offline for maintenance? Could just be scheduled or could be integrating something - know I will be checking in on it from now on to see if anything does happen to pop up

Covata recently opened an office in London and NSC have confirmed they will be putting additional sales, marketing, technical and operational support behind the delivery of the Covata Platform as a service throughout the region.

Yaseen Khan, NSC Global CEO, said, “At NSC we focus on providing the highest quality products and services to solve key challenges businesses are facing and we believe that the Covata Platform and Safe Share product will provide immense value as more businesses migrate their practices into the cloud.”

Trent Telford, Covata Founder and CEO, affirmed, “Our strategic partnership with NSC Global allows us to execute our vision of delivering game-changing enterprise security solutions to global marketplaces. The T Systems market place will place Safe Share squarely in front of one of the largest enterprise customer bases in Europe. European companies are increasingly looking towards non-U.S. software companies to provide Software as a Service domiciled on EU soil. This deal will deliver secure file sharing to those European enterprises.”

T-Systems has officially approved Safe Share for review to be distributed in their marketplace, a major milestone towards a reselling partnership. Additionally, a contract has been executed to acquire the necessary infrastructure to proceed with deployment.

For anyone who wishes to see how the T-Systems market place will work once Safe Share listed for use.
All cloud apps from a single source
Larger businesses especially often use a variety of software solutions from different providers. At the Business Marketplace for Enterprise, T-Systems offers different solutions in one central location regardless of manufacturer. By cooperating with independent software vendors, T-Systems is able to offer solutions from different product areas on one platform. The selection includes cloud apps for sustainability management and project management as well as cloud management solutions.

    Customize and scale solutions flexibly
A personal contact is available throughout the entire process upon request. The same goes for IT support during system integration and when customizing the cloud app. Automatic updates and versioning guarantee that the software stays up-to-date. The BMPfE's intuitive user interface enables to manage the solutions installed simply and transparently at any time. It can be used for user management as well. The applications are scalable, users can easily be added and removed and rights can be assigned separately.
Secure foundation: cloud made in Germany
The cloud apps are hosted at Deutsche Telekoms' German cloud data centers. These are certified among others in accordance with the international standard ISO 27001 and comply with the highest quality and security standards for provision. Our data centers particularly employ effective measures to guarantee data privacy and fail-safe operation. End customers using SaaS from the Business Marketplace for Enterprise by T-Systems enjoy double the benefits: the solution-specific know how of different ISVs as well as T-Systems' expertise in the areas of cloud services, system integration and IT support.
