The product it does seem to be quite reasonable/ innovative  - but CVT is a very crowded market with a lot of players (some quite large) with good products. CVT is a minnow in a big pond and large companies when reviewing what is available are probably more prepared to invest the costs of implementation / training etc to introduce software systems on a large company with much greater resources than CVT.  That seems to have been the case with the long running evaluation in the UK some years ago. The share price decline really started after that evaluation fell through.

If I am reading the announcement correctly it appears there are a few "boxes that need to be ticked" before the suspension is lifted.
