Pretty obvious what happened. Swami questioned why there was no Gov contract, then an Ann in relation to the Gov appeared, Fib bought swami's attention to it as a slight wind up maybe. Fib got @swami wrong, he missed the 2.
So nothing sinister at play here. Conspiracy theories in play on a Data security thread...love it.
