    to me this is a much more significant acquisition than even Cygnet's 1PG.

    BidEnergy's platform and SaaS service for smarter energy buying is 100% unique....globally.

    No saturated market full of competitors, this is the kind of product that can go large, quick.

    Recurring revenue, very sticky, creates loads of savings......very nice.
