The Federal Hearing is needed to clear the way for relisting. The company discovered an anomaly with the shareholders list.

Basically, a number of shares were issued some time ago. These shares had conditions imposed for disposal (e.g. cannot sell within 2years...)

Unfortunately, it appears that those conditions may have been breached by shareholders. The Court Hearing is to satisfy to the ?ASX? that this was nothing to do with the company.

Thus relisting may continue.

That's my take anyhow.
