I believe you are entitled to a full refund. If the issue of a supplementary prospectus was due to a deficiency in the original prospectus which is materially adverse to an investor, the company must either repay application moneys or give investors a one month period during which they can choose to be repaid their application moneys. Don't take my word for it, get advice or research on ASIC's website. You would have thought the cover note would have said this though eh???.....

Grounds for a class action, I'm sure some great legal eagle will be scrutinising this, this could drag on for months if not years.
