Not just. Why should someone who newly holds 10k units get more of an allocation than some of us who have > 1m and in for years because they got their app in earlier ?
There is value in reducing the granularity of the register. I think the pro-rata allocation is best for these deals. Less overall paperwork too for management to deal with.
