They have not been taken to federal court.

The company has made an application with the Federal Court to absolve the company of any misconduct to the satisfaction of the asx in relation to matters of undisclosed securities issued to another party is my understanding.

They have not done anything wrong according to the announcement & if this is indeed the case then the Federal Court will judge accordingly, the Federal Court action is initiated by the company to help the company!

I don't hold other mm stocks at the moment, I may at a later date but I wasn't quick enough to enter at a price point I'm comfortable with given the current climate towards legislation & possibly inflated market caps.

I liked QBL because the hemp gave it the possibility of generating revenue in the near term whilst also participating in the mm field as well which will take time to mature.

I have no qualms whatsoever with other asx listed mm companies, funds & right time permitting I may expand my portfolio.
