Prospectus Number 8??

Why weren't things sorted out sensibly in the Prospectus Number 1? I thought that the BOD had legal and financial experts to ensure that business was conducted properly, yet the evidence of 8 prospectuses suggests otherwise.

The only item I thought was encouraging in this latest edition was the smaller number of shares to be issued (hence a slightly smaller dilution factor); however the cash payments being made instead may well balance that positive out.

I'm waiting for some professional business integrity to emerge from the QBL management and BOD.
