Isn’t that Company is withdrawing the agreement with Empire, according to the announcement rather than opposite.

May be Company thought their share might worth more in the future rather than $$$ now. So QBL decided to pay in cash now.

Or QBL got Big investors by themselves, so they don’t need fund manager,, there could be any chance of possibilities,,, until we get full asx announcement on CR and other price sensitive announcement and until trading resumes.
