    dont see an issue longer term. Vaccines are in the works for 2021 most likely. This year is dead and buried however, i cant see social distancing being relaxed for 2021 as there is no safety net like a cure or vaccine for 2020. You dont want an italy/spain or new york situation in australia so best to keep the current shutdowns for 2020 as no vaccine. . As long as JV continues to pay rent the valuation and the NTA wont change too much so atleast debt covenants wont be an issue. Only the 10% of the rent is coming from non-coles JV or WOW entities is the main issue for now. Rent probably will have to be forgone on those 10% e.g. the acquisition pubs they made that are private entities.
