Assuming myr is still around 14% shorted, this is about 114m shares (14% of 820m shares on issue). We had about 5% of issued shares traded today, about 40m shares.....but...if I recall at the close there were only a few hundred thousand at each sell level going forward in the 30s...and a total of about 3 or 4m shares on offer to sell even at all much higher price levels. How do the shorts cover their stock? Been in the mkt for 40 years...and lectured Economics to uni students...cant see how 14% short can be covered without this sp going much higher and sucking out more sellers.
