Every item i have ever bought on Ebay has turned up either not as the advertised new but as seconds or stolen. It is where most of the discontinued , returns , reconditioned items are sold. Imo most of the sellers are not even based in this country so the goods advertised as new have no warranty. They most likely employee no one here and pay no taxes here.
