Myer is still a good 20c away from pre covid not even close really and IMO Myer is in a much better position they are in talks with landlords about rent which these landlords don’t want to loose Myer as a landlord as you can probably imagine how hard/long it will take to change the real estate around and try get another company to rent that space will be very difficult they don’t hold all the cards in that regard
and as previously stated target are closing 170 stores and Kmart will only take over about half of those which is massive
not to mention the rest of the stores that won’t reopen for Myer to come out the other end of this pandemic is huge and I think we will be rewarded with a great share price.... it’s a pitty you don’t hold any shares street talk
