That's true, but the job losses and shift reductions expected in economy are only just getting started, so makes sense collections havn't been impacted yet. The payment arrangement book may prove helpful as direct debits will continue if money in account. Also looks like anyone that gets unemployed as a result of virus will recieve welfare payment at higher rate than Newstart. Wallet Wizard may also see some increased demand probably offset by increase in arrears.
