The rally I predicted is now taking place but i maintain the company has no future if the banks withdraw or recall the credit facility.
They make the balance sheet look pretty by including the PDL at full value but in the knowledge that the bulk of that value is irrecoverable.
Even more so now bankruptcy limit has been raised to $20,000 yesterday.
Their free cash flow was negative $17 million last year and with Insolvency experts being appointed to CLH then I suspect CCP will face the same problem and shareholders will get zero return.
