It is clear from your post that you have expert knowledge in this field and I agree with most of what you say if not all.
The world has changed and traditional valuation methods can no longer be applied.
The other thing that will change is the ethical stance on parasitic debt collection and just like CLH without the support of their lenders CCP will go out of business.
It has very few institutional shareholders and I would imagine its major lenders (Westpac) will be questioning their ethical position.
The banks are in a whole world if hurt, unemployment rate will go through the roof along with attendant suicide rates, wealth destruction and domestic violence.
The harrassment collection methods of CCP will not sit well with an ethical stance and be in direct opposition to the government fiscal stimulus to prevent the Armageddon of personal misery that lies ahead.
