    CCP don't harras, their organisation is nothing like CLH...

    I worked as a collections agent over a four year period with CCP, they don't encourage that type of behaviour, I saw many agents let go for even going near that line, let alone crossing it. In the sense of compliance, they are number one, they have 10s of staff dedicated to making sure everything is squeaky clean.

    I don't think this is a matter of CCP going broke, they are the largest of their kind in the southern hemisphere, all major lenders need these guys, they are part of the ecosystem. I don;' think we are at the point of throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

    When I joined CCP it was just after the recession, maybe 1 out of 10 accounts were been collected, or even contacted at that time, it was a sh!t show of epic proportions, everybody was skipping town, getting new numbers, bit by bit we tracked most of them down, but the time I left at least 8 out of 10 clients were been collected upon.

    They have the means, and the experience, writing them off would be a rookie mistake.
