All good points @ValueSearch and I would add that I did not think that Jim Rodgers predicted a Coronavirus pandemic. Banks will not enter the collection area. They are too smart for that. Its a specialist area and needs a specialist staff who really need to know how to do it - not like the old kneecapping and repossession days when I was involved - you actually have to talk to them now and ask them nicely to pay or better still place a direct debit on their bank account so that it falls due on their pay day or pension/ Newstart date.
