Just thinking out loud here.
With exception of the superpit, NST main focus is on underground mining which is why they are following restrictions
SAR seems to have a few mines that are open pit so maybe that will be less affected.
So I kind of agree that NST is doing the right thing. They know their operations better than anyone else.
