I remember Ecoool2 being adamant that The Company would release an announcement once they knew the interim review dates (30/45/60/100) for C19 ARDS. They did for the 30% readout. This announcement hit the market on July 30th and the 30% readout was reported 5 weeks later on September 4th. Time period from this Initial announcement to Interim Analysis Announcement seems to be +30 days from final dosing +a week for analysis (roughly). So therefore once the announcement is made on when the 45% analysis is to take place, you'd expect about 5 weeks until we get/hear the results?

I think it's safe to assume that as of today, Mesoblast has not yet enrolled the 135th patient as no announcement has been made. Or if it has, it was just in the last couple of days. If they haven't hit 45% yet, they'd have to be bloody close. The first 90 patients were enrolled in 80-90 days. Popular opinion suggests there's been an uptick in enrolment rate since. Even if we maintained the same enrolment rate, we're currently ~45 days on from the July 30th Announcement. So I'd expect an announcement imminently.

It makes sense that either tomorrow or Friday we'll get the announcement that the 45% interim analysis will be set down for mid-late October. I'm tipping October 21st.
