I was confusing RDC with another ex bluesky group which has a PE fund focused on food. My mistake.
Obviously existing holders may vote down any opportunistic bid, given everyone got in at $1. I'm not sure the investor base here is going to be particularly keen to sell at $1, especially given RDC is listed and relatively liquid. NTA is going to be substantially higher than the current price if with any current revisions.
