this has no commercial property and no tenants Oscar09
this isnt a freehold REIT on a long WALE to Woolworths or Coles like LEP and HPI.
This is a pub business - going concern that happens to own the buildings it operates in. NAV is entirely made up of goodwill. no tangible assets.
