The intangible assets represent the valuation of the Bendigo acquisition.

The best report to use is Tyro's quarterly APS 330 Report, with next report due 25th May which is keenly awaited. It breaks down in greater detail the balance sheet items (and profitability) as well as their capital position.
Simplistically - because there are a lot of unknowns given their level of disclosure - they had $76.2m capital as at December. Their CAR was 45% (76.2/172.9). Let's assume that Tyro has a regulatory minimum CAR of 25%. This leaves approx $33m 'free' capital.

Since December, the assumption is that Tyro's capital position has deteriorated further with cash spent on:
    New office fitout = $5m
    Dongles (70k units @ $50 = $3.5m
Quarterly cash loss = $5m (This does not account for the repricing but it is unlikely to have a material impact in a quarter).

Hence the general reason why analysts are keen to understand if/when can Tyro get to a cashflow neutral position, otherwise continuing losses at $5m a quarter are leading inevitably to a capital raise in the not too distant future. These unknowns are what is weighing on the SP.

However, having said all that, at $1, I think it's now worth the risk whereas I was very negative on Tyro when they were trading at the lofty heights of $4.
