You have made a lot of assumptions in your analysis, hence the discount in share price due to the uncertainty.
Too much to discuss point by point but the singular metric that all industry analysts are focusing on is how fast they will achieve a cashflow neutral basis. Tyro is not very well capitalised and there is a growing risk that they will have to undertake a capital raise if they can't arrest the cash burn. Their CAR dropped materially (~10%) for the quarter ended Dec 21 and if it drops another 10% then they are going to be severely capital constrained if they are still making cash losses..
