I firmly believe in TYR, and I'm not sure why the most recent bout of selling is happening, but I find it hard to believe it's a significant amount of people waiting to sell once they could get the CGT discount post-IPO. TYR's IPO sold at $2.75, and it first traded retail at $3.30, so it's not the case that there's a heap of people that bought during or immediately after the IPO who are taking profits and locking in the CGT discount (there aren't any profits to lock in at these prices!)... Also, it's been on a downward trend since hitting $4 in mid-November (ie less than 12 months after the IPO), so that's clearly not the reason for the recent change in sentiment.

But that doesn't matter anyway - a lot of people on HotCopper are very keen to come up with explanations when a certain stock is oversold to convince themselves there's something driving it other than (short-term) market sentiment. If you're a long-term holder and have conviction in the company, there's no need to be too concerned about a two or three week period where the share price dips. Eventually markets correct themselves, and TYR will be back up at $3.70-$3.90 within a few weeks (fair value, IMO).
