- The viceroy report grossly over estimated the impact (obvious) - The largest clients that were impacted had multiple working terminals. Therefore it was BAU with the exception of the annoyance of a dead terminal (still not enough to move to one of the banks from what I have heard) - Those making the loudest noise had a single terminal and only account for an extremely small percentage of tyr's business (another obvious one) - TYR hustles well in disaster recovery mode - TYR need to look closely at patch management of their fleet. This will shine light on any outstanding technical issues and I expect they will spend in this area
