More than courier and repair cost; I'm curious to know the provisions they will make for compensation to effected merchants if there will be any. In his interview (AFR) ; CEO was quoted saying "this will probably involve some level of compensation to merchants in the context of gaining trust from tyro customers. So Now question is; how much provisions market would be comfortable with? Will there be any impact on growth momentum due to merchants churn or this would have no material impact ? All those customers who have decided to leave tyro would be the one eyeing for class actions. Last time in tyro market update, it was mentioned they have received correspondence about class action from law firm but we yet to hear status update on that. I guess we have to wait for answers until report is released.
