Agree with your comment that the growth is already baked in. People are also underestimating the risk of class action - the risk is not zero. I've surmised on another post that it is lower than $9m but that is still a big dent to achieving profitability. Also, FY21 results indicated that margins were declining so top line growth will not fall straight to the bottom line.
