For me, that is a cop-out statement. No bank or payments processor would give guidance if that was the case.
It is branded as a bank with a multi-product line in reality it is just an in-store acquirer with no view of how the management team will transform the business into a B2B bank so there is less disruption in economic instability.
I know I am very critical of the managmeent team, and that is only because I find they are wasting the opportunity.
