they are likely loss making at present however - i wonder how risky it would be to try a few price increases? I am no expert in retail but some of their stuff is very cheap - some pretty dear!
i feel it could be a great time to broaden their menu (protein other than chicken) -and also ditch Pepsi as the main soft drink -it is incredible they will not supply Coke, or decent juices or other alternatives -i understand there was some exclusive supply contract once, but surely not still now!!
