Nearly all telstra's divisions were already in a down trend,so don't now use corona as an excuse.
Fine,as posted employ 1000 call centre staff,i guess they r australians and thats good what ever ,obviously some compensation will b tls doesn't require the services of foreign call centre employees again i have no issue.
Again i also have no issue with the specifics in the announcement ,but it should not hide the fact imo only tls is lacking in effective management and share holders are paying the price.
