I think Zoono opens the doors for AHX in US and other markets where there other channels may not have. Further, monthly spraying Zoono could be a source of ARR for AHX (and to Zoono).
The revenue contribution from acquired businesses should be instructive of AHX mgmt’s capital allocation decision making. Paying the recent dividend probably speaks to the contrary.I think this is an unique industry/ vertical and probably AHX has tried to build a moat thru these acquisitions.
Considering the top line I think the SP is depressed at this time due to debt and poor bottom line which also could be the opportunity to enter now instead of later when the balance sheet is healthy.
