I was a shareholder, but sold out a few months ago because of the company's debt levels and most particularly because of the performance fee model that is charged by the management company.
Please refer to the post by Weally on the 23/11/2019 for some further insight into these factors. As he pointed out, the management company gets most of the rewards, while the shareholders are exposed to most of the risk from the performance fee structure.
