If I recall correctly, the interim judgement was a middle of the road price for ISD until a final sitting & judgement is made. That is Meltwater’s rate to CA was $A, ISD paid $C rate and interim rate for ISD to pay would be $B. This was to afford ISD some form of fairness whilst not putting CA & it’s members at a financial disadvantage.
First quick glance at the link posted above- looks like Isentia getting frustrated with the lack of progress on getting to the final judgement & true parity and trying to push this along. Seems fair enough. It’s been like wading through treacle.
