I've been out of the industry for a while now. I have used some of the products in the past - they were fine and as I remember it, the whitening products were attractively priced.
One thing I was considering, after receiving an email from my health insurance that mentioned extras cover, is that patients are always keen to make most out of their dental extras cover ie claim what they can in that year. So while they may put off aesthetic (ie discretionary) work for a while, they will generally try to get at least some of it done before their insurance year rolls over, so as to minimise their out of pocket expenses. That said, whitening does not (or at least it did not used to ) attract a rebate from PH funds.
