Is that why Tan Hwa Poh resigned as executive director after 3 weeks? he didn't want to be liable for what Hamish has done and is about to do with the 5.5m loan?
ie for everyone else, Hamish dishonors the loan, means he loses GMCs only asset (loan from gmg and holding in gmg)
Remember when the class actions start that the auditor signed off on Hamish's actions year on year as well...
