Given that April 2021 is a time when anybody can nip down the street to a furniture shop, while April 2020 was a time when online was your only option, I think that doing better this April than last April is a pretty significant achievement. The share price action since December shows that the market expected that sales would drop off as soon as customers had other options again. The company is simply and factually flagging that this isn't what is happening.
