Its my view authorities who make the rules and supposed to police them allow the “Grossly unethical, and a stain upon humanity” as you put shenanigans to continue.
Again thank you for your post and “Hope” was also used by Morgan Freeman in Shoreshank redemption - hope, a dangerous thing but in Mesoblast’s case a life saving thing !
