If I understood this correctly, SI mentioned that positive results of this trial (being a fully randomised trial) may help to alleviate some of the concerns that the FDA had with the GVHD trial. There were "very strong signals" for the under 65 age group and MSB are in ongoing discussions with the FDA regarding GVHD.
