SI had an option to just answer 'yes' to the question posed that was along the lines of 'will this happen before the end of the year?' (not a quote).
He chose to build expectation.
This same guy gave a deadline expectation for CLBP readouts that was not met by the end of 2020. I am guessing but it looks like the market doesn't trust him at his word?
