Dont know what you're talking about? I was simply questioning one aspect of your methodology.
Pretty sure Maquarie don't use 15% disc. rate.
If you use a more common disc. rate of say 5%, your NPV will be higher, but still a thumbsuck at best.
Not here to educate you or anyone else. Go for it mate.
