mate ive worked in government on projects of national interest. on many occasions there is collaboration amongst competitors and suppliers to get the job done.
have you not thought of pharmaceutical companies overseas that MAY BE the ones selling their product and CSL who have an army of experts (plus our board member ex CSL) WORKING ACROSS BOTH SITES in the NATIONAL INTEREST?
if it needs to be done it will be done. there are many ways to fast track certain projects. Also as part of a feasibility study for this type of urgent work thwy need to prove as part of that they can find the personnel otherwise its NOT FEASIBILE!!!
As for the share price as mentioned before if the movement was news related the ass would have fallen out of the stock and not have been bought at the ranges it was late in the day.
