They were pushing the price down to the level they got a big position in - pretty sure it was .29. It wouldn't go lower as they wont sell at a loss, they will just consolidate near that number.
Now we are seeing the rise again as there is $$ to be made again above that number. Also just like other stocks, the game is to push it as low as possible just before a big announcement.
It all feels right and if you are in you have to think like the big money does.
