It's about the disruption and after effects. The virus is just the now that's shutting everything down. It's facilitation the fear factor of the 'what if' or 'how bad's this gonna get'.

I really hope BOT don't make an announcement yet and delay this. This market won't react with conviction. It'll turn into a pump and dump so traders can make some money. I'd be delaying this as long as possible and waiting for the markets to settle down and money to start flowing positively again.

I also think that somewhere in this chain there will be delays. For example, the clinics that are facilitating the trials around the world may not be able to have patients at them. They may be closing down, then not being able to get results, anything is possible. I won't be one bit surprised if an announcement comes out confirming a delay of some description.

I note it's mid march and the marketing for BOT hasn't started yet. This was always a sign in the past. Maybe things have changed.

Time will tell.
