I must be more cynical than you. We have no idea who had the numbers. At last count we were told NEO had around 42%.

You may find they had the numbers but didn't want the takeovers panel looking in on them? So they have come to a compromise.
There is no assurance 14 cents for 25% of your holdings will go through, they could just withdraw their position, or claim there is not enough ICP cash left come AGM end November. I do not believe a word that is written. I only believe the share price!
I want to know what the numbers that NEO block had before they sat down to meet? but I don't believe they will tell me. I want to know if this agreement results in J. Manny getting paid (he shouldn't cos the one company agreement has not gone through) Plus I want to know if the CEO of NEO intends to pay back the money he borrowed from us.

In all honesty I feel like a mushroom in a very much darker place now, that what I did as a mushroom, when Daniel Attick-Brown was a director. (Remember he bought most of his parcel at 8-9 cents, so I am sure he is hoping for 25% at 14 cents as well) Sherman is still a director I think?

Come the end of August I am expecting a re-rating based on a return of more favourable results from NEO, but I will place zero belief in them.
